ATTORNEY JAMES “JIM” S. CURTIS

For the first 10 years of my legal career I represented insurance companies. In doing so, I witnessed first-hand how these companies would routinely mistreat and take advantage of injured people during their greatest time of need. 

When you’ve suffered an injury, you are overwhelmed with uncertainty and at your most vulnerable. Insurance companies know this, and they take advantage of it. I became a personal injury lawyer to stop this.

What we do as personal injury lawyers affects people’s lives, and the lives of their families.  Being able to hold an insurance company accountable is the most rewarding thing I can do for someone who has been injured through no fault of their own.  This is why I have since dedicated my career to helping good people who experience life-changing injuries at the hands of another person or business.

I live with my wife, Dina, and our three children, James, Tyler, and Grace. We are proud residents of Apollo Beach, the heart of Tampa Bay’s South Shore area.
